2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is Okçu Triko's www.okcutriko.com This document defines the terms and conditions under which the MEMBER may use and access the website.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. MEMBER, www.okcutriko.com By using the website, the MEMBER agrees and undertakes to comply with all legal regulations and not to violate said regulations. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising therefrom shall belong entirely and exclusively to the MEMBER.

3.7. Okçu Triko is not responsible for the unauthorized access to MEMBER data or for any damage that may occur to MEMBER software and hardware. The MEMBER hereby agrees not to claim compensation from Okçu Triko for any damages arising from the use of the site.
3.8. The MEMBER agrees not to access other users' information and software without authorization. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liability rests with the MEMBER.
3.9. Any MEMBER who breaches the terms of this Agreement agrees to be responsible for all damages and claims that may arise and to hold Okçu Triko harmless from such claims.
3.10. Okçu Triko reserves the right to suspend or terminate a MEMBER's membership without giving any reason.
3.11. www.okcutriko.com All design, software, text, and images belonging to this website are the intellectual property of Okçu Triko. They cannot be used without written permission.
3.12. During site access, technical information such as IP address, access time, and pages visited may be collected.
3.13. The MEMBER acknowledges that Okçu Triko may contact them via email, SMS, telephone, and other communication methods for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes. Any requests to the contrary can be communicated to customer service.
3.14. The MEMBER acknowledges and agrees that their personal and shopping information may be collected and used for campaigns, advertising, and customer satisfaction purposes.
3.15. Okçu Triko may share personal data with third parties only in accordance with applicable legislation and when necessary.
3.16. While Okçu Triko takes precautions against viruses and malware, ultimate security is the MEMBER's own responsibility.
3.17. Okçu Triko reserves the right to change or terminate the site content and services at any time.
3.18. Okçu Triko may unilaterally update the terms of this Agreement. Updates shall enter into force on the date of publication.
3.19. The MEMBER acknowledges and agrees to receive informational emails and SMS messages. They can cancel this subscription at any time.
4. Termination of the Contract
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by unilateral notice.
5. Competent Court
In all disputes that may arise from this Agreement Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices is authorized.
6. Entry into force
This Agreement shall enter into force upon completion of the MEMBER's membership registration.
