Subject of the Agreement<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"929\">The subject of this Agreement is Ok\u00e7u Triko&#039;s <strong data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"849\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okcutriko.com\/en\/\" data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"847\">www.okcutriko.com<\/a><\/strong> This document defines the terms and conditions under which the MEMBER may use and access the website.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"977\">3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1230\"><strong data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"987\">3.1.<\/strong> MEMBER, <a href=\"https:\/\/okcutriko.com\/en\/\" data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1010\">www.okcutriko.com<\/a> By using the website, the MEMBER agrees and undertakes to comply with all legal regulations and not to violate said regulations. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising therefrom shall belong entirely and exclusively to the MEMBER.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1400\"><strong data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1240\">3.2.<\/strong> MEMBER, <a href=\"https:\/\/okcutriko.com\/en\/\" data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1263\">www.okcutriko.com<\/a> Users are prohibited from engaging in activities on the website that prevent or hinder others from using the services (spam, viruses, Trojan horses, etc.).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1454\"><strong data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1410\">3.3.<\/strong> MEMBER, <a href=\"https:\/\/okcutriko.com\/en\/\" data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1433\">www.okcutriko.com<\/a> the website;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1480\">disruptive to public order,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1505\">contrary to public morals,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1546\">disturbing and harassing others,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1601\">infringing on the intellectual and copyright rights of others,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1653\">for any purpose that is against the law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1976\"><strong data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1663\">3.4.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/okcutriko.com\/en\/\" data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1681\">www.okcutriko.com<\/a> The opinions and views expressed by MEMBERS on this website are entirely the personal views of the MEMBERS, and the MEMBERS are solely responsible for their consequences. These views have no connection whatsoever with Ok\u00e7u Triko. Ok\u00e7u Triko cannot be held liable for any damages that may arise from these statements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2152\"><strong data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"1986\">3.5.<\/strong> The MEMBER acknowledges and agrees that all information provided during registration is accurate; and that in the event of any inaccuracy, they will compensate Ok\u00e7u Triko for all damages incurred.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2342\"><strong data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2162\">3.6.<\/strong> The username and password belonging to the MEMBER can only be used by the MEMBER. The MEMBER may not share this information with third parties. The MEMBER is solely responsible for all consequences arising from the use of the password.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2605\"><strong data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2352\">3.7.<\/strong> Ok\u00e7u Triko is not responsible for the unauthorized access to MEMBER data or for any damage that may occur to MEMBER software and hardware. The MEMBER hereby agrees not to claim compensation from Ok\u00e7u Triko for any damages arising from the use of the site.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2607\" data-end=\"2758\"><strong data-start=\"2607\" data-end=\"2615\">3.8.<\/strong> The MEMBER agrees not to access other users&#039; information and software without authorization. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liability rests with the MEMBER.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2760\" data-end=\"2923\"><strong data-start=\"2760\" data-end=\"2768\">3.9.<\/strong> Any MEMBER who breaches the terms of this Agreement agrees to be responsible for all damages and claims that may arise and to hold Ok\u00e7u Triko harmless from such claims.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2925\" data-end=\"3046\"><strong data-start=\"2925\" data-end=\"2934\">3.10.<\/strong> Ok\u00e7u Triko reserves the right to suspend or terminate a MEMBER&#039;s membership without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3048\" data-end=\"3212\"><strong data-start=\"3048\" data-end=\"3057\">3.11.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/okcutriko.com\/en\/\" data-start=\"3058\" data-end=\"3075\">www.okcutriko.com<\/a> All design, software, text, and images belonging to this website are the intellectual property of Ok\u00e7u Triko. They cannot be used without written permission.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3214\" data-end=\"3332\"><strong data-start=\"3214\" data-end=\"3223\">3.12.<\/strong> During site access, technical information such as IP address, access time, and pages visited may be collected.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3334\" data-end=\"3556\"><strong data-start=\"3334\" data-end=\"3343\">3.13.<\/strong> The MEMBER acknowledges that Ok\u00e7u Triko may contact them via email, SMS, telephone, and other communication methods for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes. Any requests to the contrary can be communicated to customer service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3558\" data-end=\"3727\"><strong data-start=\"3558\" data-end=\"3567\">3.14.<\/strong> The MEMBER acknowledges and agrees that their personal and shopping information may be collected and used for campaigns, advertising, and customer satisfaction purposes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3729\" data-end=\"3861\"><strong data-start=\"3729\" data-end=\"3738\">3.15.<\/strong> Ok\u00e7u Triko may share personal data with third parties only in accordance with applicable legislation and when necessary.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3863\" data-end=\"3991\"><strong data-start=\"3863\" data-end=\"3872\">3.16.<\/strong> While Ok\u00e7u Triko takes precautions against viruses and malware, ultimate security is the MEMBER&#039;s own responsibility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3993\" data-end=\"4108\"><strong data-start=\"3993\" data-end=\"4002\">3.17.<\/strong> Ok\u00e7u Triko reserves the right to change or terminate the site content and services at any time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4110\" data-end=\"4244\"><strong data-start=\"4110\" data-end=\"4119\">3.18.<\/strong> Ok\u00e7u Triko may unilaterally update the terms of this Agreement. Updates shall enter into force on the date of publication.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4246\" data-end=\"4385\"><strong data-start=\"4246\" data-end=\"4255\">3.19.<\/strong> The MEMBER acknowledges and agrees to receive informational emails and SMS messages. They can cancel this subscription at any time.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4392\" data-end=\"4418\">4. Termination of the Contract<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4419\" data-end=\"4504\">Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by unilateral notice.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4511\" data-end=\"4535\">5. Competent Court<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4536\" data-end=\"4647\">In all disputes that may arise from this Agreement <strong data-start=\"4586\" data-end=\"4635\">Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices<\/strong> is authorized.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4654\" data-end=\"4671\">6.
